Domestic Shipping
A&B Beauty Co. ships within the United States using USPS and UPS. Delivery times range from 6–7 business days, though occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances during transit. A flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies to U.S. orders, with variations for regions such as Hawaii or Alaska. A free standard shipping is available for orders over $70.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete physical address, including street number, apartment or suite details, and ZIP code. P.O. Boxes, FPO/DPO/APO addresses, or incomplete information cannot be serviced. Packages returned due to recipient absence or incorrect/unclear address will be refunded, minus return shipping fees.
Interenational Shipping Policy
All international orders are shipped directly from Korea, except for Canadian orders, which ship from the U.S. We ship to select countries, including Canada, Switzerland, Sweden, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Macau, Ireland, Hungary, Hong Kong, Croatia, Bulgaria, Brunei, Belgium, and Australia. DHL is our standard carrier for international shipments, and customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is prepared.
International orders are processed during business days (Monday–Friday, KST), excluding local holidays. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Please note that tracking updates may not appear daily, and shipping labels may occasionally fail to scan correctly, but packages will remain en route. If more than 7 business days pass without tracking updates, please contact beautycoab@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.
A flat shipping rate of $25 applies to all international orders, with free standard shipping for orders over $70. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees, which are assessed by the local customs office upon arrival. These fees are non-refundable, even if items are returned. A&B Beauty Co. is not responsible for shipments held, refused, or disposed of due to unpaid customs fees.
