REFUND POLICY

DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS

We want you to love every A&B Beauty Co. product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

When reaching out, please include:

  • A photo of the exterior packaging with the tracking label visible.

  • A photo of all items inside the original package.

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

⚠️ Please note that compensation may not be provided if the required photos are not submitted. Kindly take the photos before discarding any packaging.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take a few business days to process and post the refund.

DOMESTIC RETURNS & REFUNDS

At A&B Beauty Co., your satisfaction means everything to us. While we are not offering exchanges at this time, you may request a return and place a new order if needed.

To qualify for a return, please make sure:

  • Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items are sealed, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Any complimentary gifts or samples must also be returned.

  • You have contacted our Customer Service Team and received approval before sending anything back.

👉 To start a return, please email us at beautycoab@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service at beautycoab@gmail.com.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return label by email. (You may print it at home or at the shipping center.)

  3. Drop off your package at the nearest FedEx/UPS location.

  4. Once received and inspected by our warehouse, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Orders under $70: The cost of the return shipping label and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Orders over $70: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted, along with the original shipping fee (even if you are qualified for free shipping).

  • Partial returns: A flat fee of $6.99 (may vary by region) will be deducted for return shipping.

If your return is due to a change of mind (e.g., no longer needed, not what you expected), you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently, A&B Beauty Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us at beautycoab@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.

As with domestic orders, we will require the following photos:

  • Exterior packaging with tracking number visible.

  • Items inside the original packaging.

  • The damaged or incorrect product.
